About the Event
Occurring on the 2nd Sunday of the month through February 2026!
We begin with a meditation for about 20 minutes, then allow ample time to ground ourselves in the moment and engage the senses in creating artwork. Keeping in mind mindfulness principals of non-judgement, intentionality, curiosity, and compassion, we foster a space of acceptance, patience, and kindness in community with each other.
Canvas, acrylic paint, and paint brushes provided. Fell free to bring other materials that better suit your creative ideas.
